Italy

All national shipments are entrusted to GLS standard service which takes 1-2 working days.

Shipping is free on orders that are €100 and over.

Over costs or taxes for shipping to islands or remote locations will be charged after being estimated.

Europe

All European shipments are entrusted to DHL economy service which takes 5 working days.

Shipping is free on orders that are €600 and over.

For multiple orders of more than 4 units, the rates will be determined and communicated via email before processing them.

Extra Europe

All non-European shipments are entrusted to DHL express service which take 2-3 working days.

Shipping is free on orders that are €600 and over. For multiple orders of more than 4 units, the rates will be determined and communicated via email before the order is processed.

Any import charges or taxes are charged to the customer.

Russia

Due to the particular international conditions, the customer will have to pay for shipping.

Orders are shipped on the first working day following that on which the order has been placed, between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm, subject to availability confirmation and bank verification for bank transfer payments.

During sales, promotions, events or national holidays shipments may take longer.

Delivery

GLS delivery times vary from 1 to 2 working days. Delivery with DHL Economy takes 5 working days while DHL Express delivery takes 2-3 working days.

If the customer is absent at the first delivery attempt, the courier will make a new attempt on the next working day. If after 2 attempts the courier fails to make the delivery, Liliana Quaranta s.r.l.will contact the customer to agree on a new delivery date.

In this case, the customer will have to pay for releasing the order, equal to € 7.75 + € 0.10 per kg, in the case of national shipping. For foreign shipments these costs will be communicated via email.

If for any reason the customer refuses the delivery shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due to him.

Returns (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase can request a return for size change or a refund within 14 days from the date of order receipt by accessing the "returns" section of their user profile.

It is possible to change only for a different size of the same item, if available. Return of special releases is not allowed.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item has been completed, by using the same payment method chosen at the order time.

Once the return request has been made, the customer will receive the RMA code via email with the relative instructions. Unauthorized shipments will be refused.

The customer has 10 days from the time he receives the shipment to return the purchase.

Return shipping costs will be retained.
